Profile

Le Chang, Ph.D, Associate Professor, IEEE Senior Member. I received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Central South University, Changsha, China, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC, Canada. From 2013 to 2017, I was a Research Engineer with the Central Research Institute, Huawei Technologies Company Ltd., Shenzhen, China. Since 2017, I have been with the School of Automation, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, where I am now an Associate Professor. My research interests include edge computing, VANETs, satelite networks and cyber-physical systems.
